Customer Charter

As with any service, it’s important to know what to expect. We are proud to announce a charter which is a working document detailing our pledges to you and what we expect in return.

We pledge to:

  • Respect the privacy of yourselves and your clients
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends and developments in technology
  • Keep you informed of new and better solutions to your problems
  • Respect the British Computer Society Code of Ethics
  • Be professional, honest and respectful at all times
  • Respond to all customer service requests within 2 working days unless otherwise agreed in a support contract
  • Handle all complaints with the utmost importance as per our complaints handling policy

In return we ask that you:

  • Provide a safe working environment for our team
  • Be respectful to our staff
  • Not ask us to partake in or advise on any dishonest or illegal practices
