On 30th June 2020 AffinIT will cease their 3CX Telecoms services, at this time we are offering to take on the services for you. Reasons to move to Heliocentrix:

  • Team – Large enough to help when you need it, small enough to still care.
  • Price – We will match the price of the phone system that you are currently paying to AffinIT and have no reason to change.
  • Ease – We will work with AffinIT to move the systems after 6PM on 30th June 2020 so that you will be back up and running the following morning. All of your settings and extensions will move across at the same time.

We will send the new agreements to you for signing, please sign within 7 days.

Test Login Details

With agreements signed Heliocentrix will request and then test all the login details to the 3CX phone systems in preparation for the handover.

Migration Day

We will begin work after 6PM to move your phone systems from the current servers to the new servers.

Launch

We will contact you to check everything is working as it should and you will shortly receive your first invoice.
