Implementing a SharePoint List provided the client with a centralized and easily updatable view of their daily operations. This included details about whether the company is open, which services are available, who is on-site, and contact information for bookings. The client can also prefill future dates to streamline the process and reduce the need for daily updates.
Using Power Automate, we created a workflow that allows for real-time updates to the company’s WordPress website. This workflow ensures that any changes to the availability of services, on-site personnel, or contact details are quickly reflected and communicated to the visitors to the website. The solution leverages the client’s existing Microsoft 365 subscription, ensuring seamless integration and minimal additional costs.
