The client

Based in the heart of Sevenoaks, The Stag is a majestic venue for theatre, cinema and conferences.

It first opened its doors in 1936 as a theatre, was converted to a cinema in the 1970s, before an extensive refurbishment in the 1990s created the multi-functional venue it is today.

The challenge

In 2011 The Stag came to us for help. They were struggling to make technology work for their business and not receiving the support they’d hoped for from their IT provider.

One of the main problems The Stag experienced was difficulties in getting issues fixed by their existing provider.
