The Problem
Our client needed a way to streamline the creation of equity release documentation. Each case required multiple standardised templates to be populated with key values such as client details, dates, and adviser details. Manually entering this data into every template was time-consuming and prone to human error, leading to inconsistencies and delays in processing.

The Solution
We integrated our bespoke case management app with SharePoint and Power Automate to create a seamless process for generating equity release documentation. The app captures all key case details and when the document area for a case is generated the templates to be populated.
From there, Power Automate dynamically populates standardised Word templates with the correct values. This automation includes:
- Multiple Templates: Depending on the type of case, one document can have 2 variations. As part of the populating we remove the unnecessary version generated.
- Batch Template Generation: All of the documents are created in one process for consistency.
- Automated Storage: Completed templates are saved in a dedicated SharePoint folder for compliance and easy access.

- PDF Conversion: Automatically convert completed templates into PDFs for secure distribution.
