Prize Draw Terms and Conditions – £50 Amazon Gift Card (AI At Work Survey)
1) Promoter
Heliocentrix Ltd (“we/us”).
2) Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Heliocentrix Ltd (and their immediate families) are not eligible.
3) How to enter
Complete our survey. To enter the prize draw, provide your email address in the final question. One entry per person.
4) Closing date
Entries close at 11:59pm on 30 April (UK time). Entries received after this time will not be included.
5) The prize
One winner will receive one £50 Amazon gift card. No cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable.
6) Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.
7) Winner notification and claiming the prize
We will contact the winner by email within 48 hours of selection. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we will select a new winner at random.
8) Data protection and marketing
If you provide an email address for the prize draw, we will use it only to administer the prize draw (for example, to contact the winner), unless you separately opt in to receive marketing from us. Privacy policy: [insert link].
9) General
We may refuse to award the prize where we reasonably believe an entry is fraudulent or not in line with these terms. We may amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
