Yes, absolutely. We will never recommend migrating to new IT systems just because we’re partnered with the provider or to make a quick sale. We partner with our clients to discover the best solution for your needs, which often involves updates and tweaks to all kinds of existing systems.

We will understand your business to check your requirements and recommend the best system and file storage volumes to fit your needs and your budget. We will ensure your cloud storage system is installed with appropriate security to protect your business critical data from unauthorised access.

We can and we do. Our services never include hidden costs and all charges will be discussed when we present any IT solution. We always aim to find the most cost-effective IT support for small businesses, in both the short and the long term.

Our aim is to prevent as many IT issues as possible for our clients with robust design and installations. However, we can usually respond to an urgent support request within 30 minutes.

We work with every client to agree an SLA (service level agreement) that details what level of support you are paying for and what you can expect from us.
